Implemented frontend features and enhancements using React, including an AI integration project. Developed and maintained backend services with Spring Boot, including new REST endpoints and feature support. Created and maintained infrastructure using Terraform, including spinning up new services. Owned and led the “Support Hub” service. Regularly responded to and diagnosed support tickets to improve product stability.
